These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by VIVAGLOW Co., Ltd. ("VIVAGLOW", "HAPVV", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site
The Site provides information about HAPVV skincare and a way to contact us about wholesale and partnerships. No products are sold, and no orders or payments are accepted, on this Site. "Buy on Amazon" links take you to Amazon.com. Any purchase there is made from the seller listed on Amazon and follows Amazon's terms, pricing and availability.

2. Product information
We aim to keep descriptions, ingredients, sizes and prices accurate, but errors can occur and details may change without notice. Prices on the Site are US dollar reference prices; the price on Amazon at checkout applies. Always read the product label before use.

3. Cosmetic disclaimer
HAPVV products are cosmetics. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary. Patch test before first use and stop if irritation occurs. For external use only.

4. Wholesale inquiries
Sending a wholesale or partnership inquiry does not create a contract. Any wholesale supply requires a separate written agreement.
